My first Shakespeare Play´s trip

So on 25th of March ,  last Monday . I have been so ill and i didnt go to school. But on the evening , I have been to Munster, which is not far  from Nordkirchen ( the place i live and LOVE ) for our English class trip to Shakespeare play ! I am so excited ! I have NEVER been to a Shakespeare play before, so when my English teacher organised this, i quickly write my name on it. And the ticket to the play only cost 9€. So why not?

And so, athough i am so ill and weak like a sick dog, i managed to store my energy though to watch that play. The play is called Much A Do About Nothing. I will not tell you whats the story about , so maybe you have to google it. The theather was soooo full of people . And from that i knew, German people love to watch theather plays. People from all ages love to watch them, be it musical plays , soap opera or everything. And what i found that was quite surprising is , most of the audiences was the people from my age ! Because back in Malaysia, i think people in my age rather go to the cinema than to the theather.

And so, the play was quite funny and tragic at the same way. The stage was very simple, with not much of the background decorations. But all of the audiences seems to be really stuck into the play and they enjoy it really much. me either. The play is in English , so i know what they are talking about easily.

I love these lights that they decorated inside the theather. Very dreamlike.

                                                         The stage. Very simple .

But one thing that i noticed during the play was those actors doesn´t use any microphones at all when they sing or speak. So I think its quite impressive. Not like those plays they have in Malaysia. The theather was very big and their voices can be heard really cleary around inside of the theather. Maybe because those audiences was very silence and doen´t make any noises throughout the play. But anyway, i am quite impressed with that.

I looks so bad in this pic. ;(

So these are the actors. I cannot get q clear picture of them because we are being seated  at quite high places
The play is quite long actually. Around 2 and the half hour. And i feel quite boring in the middle the play. But anyway, I like it. I am looking forward for another Shakespeare´s play again next time, especially Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet. Quite an experience for me !

Just so you know, i didnt go to school again the next day because i am still really sick ;P
